The Rebyl
In the summer of 2024, we partnered with Odyssey Hotel Group on our latest collaboration. We were asked to create a unique clothing line for their newest location, The Rebyl in Nijmegen. The goal: to design a collection worthy of an Tribute Portfiolio hotel, but with a rebellious twist.
Balanced
This project provided more than enough inspiration for a one-of-a-kind clothing line. The Rebyl is housed in a historic building that originally served as a girls' school in Nijmegen, the oldest city in the Netherlands. The hotel combines an eclectic style with the history of the building, offering a perfect balance of classic and contemporary elements.

to cool for school
During the initial presentation, we noticed the hotel was already using inspiring quotes and striking details. Our designer Erin incorporated this into a mood board inspired by traditional school uniforms. The blouse was constructed from panels, each oriented at a 90-degree angle to the next.
For us, that defines real rebellion.
By incorporating these quotes and other artistic touches, we turned a simple garment into a true statement piece. The addition of playful, rebellious texts and labels in unexpected places resulted in a striking and unique design, perfectly aligned with The Rebyl and its guests.
